1.       $200 Minimum first-time order.  After your initial order smaller orders of wholesale quantities will be welcomed.

2.       Print out, fill out, and return (fax or mail) the form below, along with a copy of your states Seller's Permit.

If you are a retail customer and are reading this, please understand that my wholesale customers order in quantities and with regularity that justify their lower prices.  Their orders are easier to take, to pack, and to ship.  I give them significantly lower prices because their orders are less expensive to fill.  It is very expensive and time consuming for a store to stock an interesting selection of products.  Markups of 2 to 3 times are necessary for stores in your community to make enough to provide you with an interesting alternative to the monster malls.  If you wish to purchase retail quantities please pay my retail prices or, better yet, call or E-mail me for the location of a store in your area.
